These Terms and Conditions govern the use of HausAlchemy.in and the purchase of products from Haus Alchemy, operated by Alamdar General Trading Co, a proprietorship business based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

By accessing HausAlchemy.in, creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Website and Business Information

Use of the Website

Customers agree to use HausAlchemy.in only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not harm the website, business, other users, payment systems, or service providers. Customers must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website security, submit false information, or use the website for fraudulent activity.

Customer Accounts

Customers may create accounts on HausAlchemy.in to place orders, manage details, and access order information. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details and for all activity that occurs under their account. Customers must ensure that the information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product information, images, descriptions, pricing, availability, and specifications accurately. However, minor differences may occur due to photography, screen settings, packaging updates, supplier changes, or product improvements. Product availability may change without prior notice.

Pricing and Payments

Product prices are displayed on HausAlchemy.in and may change from time to time. The final payable amount will be shown at checkout before order confirmation.

Payments may be processed through Razorpay, PayU, PhonePe, Google Pay, or other supported payment options available at checkout. Haus Alchemy does not store full card details, UPI PINs, net banking passwords, or sensitive payment credentials.

Cash on Delivery is not currently available on HausAlchemy.in.

Orders and Acceptance

Once an order is placed, customers will receive an order confirmation through the website or available communication channels. Order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance if there is a pricing error, payment issue, stock issue, address issue, suspected fraud, or other operational problem. Haus Alchemy reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary and refund eligible payments.

Shipping and Delivery

Haus Alchemy sells and ships products across India. International shipping is not currently available.

• Estimated delivery timeline: 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on delivery location and courier operations
• Shipping charges: Free shipping on orders above Rs.999
• Delivery delays may occur due to courier delays, weather, strikes, high order volumes, address issues, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control

Cancellations

Customers may cancel an order before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not available. If a customer requests cancellation after dispatch, it will not be treated as a standard pre-dispatch cancellation, and the customer may not be eligible for a cancellation refund. After delivery, eligible requests will be handled under the Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy.

There are no cancellation charges for eligible cancellations made before dispatch. Approved refunds for pre-dispatch cancellations will be processed to the original payment method.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by the Haus Alchemy Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy included in this document and published on HausAlchemy.in. Customers must follow the policy conditions and timelines to be eligible for return, refund, or exchange support.

Marketplace Sales

Haus Alchemy may also sell products on Amazon and other online channels. Orders placed on Amazon or any third-party marketplace will be governed by the policies, processes, and terms applicable on that marketplace, in addition to any product-specific terms provided by Haus Alchemy where applicable.

Intellectual Property

The Haus Alchemy name, website content, product images, product descriptions, logos, brand assets, graphics, and other content on HausAlchemy.in are owned by or licensed to Alamdar General Trading Co. Customers must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use any website content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Haus Alchemy will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, reliable products, and timely service. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Haus Alchemy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of the website, delay in delivery, third-party service issues, or product misuse.

Force Majeure

Haus Alchemy will not be responsible for delays, non-performance, or service interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, internet failure, technical outages, government actions, courier delays, pandemics, war, or other unforeseen events.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of HausAlchemy.in or purchases from Haus Alchemy will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
