Change-of-Mind Returns
Haus Alchemy allows change-of-mind returns within the 7-day return window, provided the product is unused, undamaged, complete, and returned with original packaging and accessories where applicable.
Exchange Policy
Haus Alchemy allows exchanges within the 7-day return window, subject to product availability and verification of the returned product. If the requested exchange product is unavailable, Haus Alchemy may offer a refund to the original payment method after the return is approved.
Return Shipping Charges
Haus Alchemy will bear return shipping charges for customer preference returns as well as returns due to damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete products, provided the return request is approved under this policy.
Refund Method and Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days after the return is received, inspected, and approved. The final credit timeline may depend on the customer’s bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.
Non-Returnable or Restricted Cases
A return, refund, or exchange may be refused in the following cases:
- The return request is raised after the 7-day return window
- Damage is caused by misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, neglect, or unauthorised repair
- The product is used, altered, washed, or returned without essential accessories or packaging where applicable
- The customer is unable to provide proof of purchase from HausAlchemy.in
- The product was purchased from Amazon or another marketplace and must be handled through that marketplace’s return process

- Share the order number, customer name, phone number, delivery address, reason for return, and product photos or videos where required.
- Our support team will review the request and confirm approval, rejection, or next steps.
- If approved, Haus Alchemy will arrange or guide the return shipping process.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, refund or exchange processing will begin as per this policy.

Cancellations
Customers may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting Haus Alchemy as soon as possible. There are no cancellation charges for eligible cancellations made before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not available. After delivery, eligible requests will be reviewed under the return and exchange terms described in this policy.
Approved cancellation refunds for orders cancelled before dispatch will be processed to the original payment method. The payment credit timeline may depend on the customer’s bank, payment method, or payment gateway.
Orders Placed on Amazon
For products purchased on Amazon, customers must follow Amazon’s return, refund, and exchange process through their Amazon account. Haus Alchemy may support product-related queries, but marketplace orders are primarily governed by the marketplace’s policies and systems.
